Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the purchase, access, and use of FORMA — Complete Campaign System, including its platform, content, templates, instructions, creative systems, updates, and related materials.

By purchasing or using FORMA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the product.

1. Eligibility

To purchase and use FORMA, you must be at least 18 years old or have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information during checkout and for keeping any access information or links secure.

2. License to Use

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use FORMA and its materials for your own personal or commercial projects.

You may use results created with FORMA for:

  • Your own brand or business.

  • Internal projects within your company.

  • Work performed for your clients.

  • Legitimate content, campaigns, advertisements, and commercial materials.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of FORMA or any of its original intellectual property.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute FORMA.

  • Publicly share access links, files, or login credentials.

  • Copy and sell its templates, instructions, or systems as your own product.

  • Allow unauthorized third parties to use your access.

  • Reproduce or modify FORMA to create a substantially similar product intended for sale.

  • Remove intellectual property or identification notices.

  • Use the system for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive activities or activities that infringe the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access when there is reasonable evidence of misuse, unauthorized distribution, or violation of these terms.

4. User-Provided Content

You are responsible for any photographs, logos, designs, text, information, or materials that you upload or use with FORMA.

By using these materials, you confirm that you possess the necessary rights and permissions. You must not use content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

FORMA does not acquire ownership of the original materials you provide.

5. Third-Party Tools and Services

FORMA may be used alongside artificial intelligence tools, ecommerce platforms, image generators, video applications, or other third-party services.

These services may:

  • Require separate accounts or subscriptions.

  • Involve additional costs.

  • Change their prices, features, or policies.

  • Apply their own terms and restrictions.

  • Produce variable results.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party subscriptions and costs are not included with your purchase of FORMA.

We are not responsible for interruptions, modifications, restrictions, or decisions made by third-party providers.

6. Generated Results

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all results before publishing or using them commercially.

This includes verifying:

  • Content accuracy.

  • Product consistency and representation.

  • Intellectual property rights.

  • Advertising claims.

  • Legal and regulatory requirements.

  • The policies of any platforms you use.

Artificial intelligence systems may generate errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected results. FORMA provides a creative process and guidance tools, but it does not replace professional review.

7. Payments and Access

The applicable price will be displayed during checkout.

Access is delivered electronically to the email address used during checkout after payment confirmation and according to the timeframe stated on the product page.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your spam, promotions, and junk folders.

8. Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Returns and Refund Policy.

Due to the digital nature of the product, purchases are generally final once access has been delivered, except in cases involving duplicate charges, non-delivery, technical issues that we cannot resolve, or when applicable law requires a refund.

9. Updates

Founding Access may include future improvements or updates as described on the sales page.

We may update, replace, modify, or remove individual features to improve the system, adapt it to new tools, or maintain its operation.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain permanently available or indefinitely compatible with third-party services.

10. Availability

We may perform maintenance, corrections, or updates that result in temporary interruptions.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the product available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or complete compatibility with every device, browser, or third-party platform.

11. Intellectual Property

FORMA, its visual identity, content, structure, methodology, templates, instructions, text, design, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these terms grants ownership rights to FORMA beyond the limited license expressly described above.

12. No Guarantee of Results

FORMA provides creative tools, guidance, and systems.

We do not guarantee:

  • Sales or revenue.

  • Profitability.

  • Advertising performance.

  • Audience growth.

  • Approval by third-party platforms.

  • The quality or acceptance of results generated by third-party services.

  • Any specific commercial outcome.

Success depends on multiple factors outside our control, including your product, market, offer, execution, investment, strategy, and decisions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORMA is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, opportunities, data, reputation, or commercial results arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access when:

  • These terms are violated.

  • The product is shared or resold without authorization.

  • The system is used for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

  • Someone attempts to compromise the platform’s security or operation.

  • A fraudulent chargeback is initiated.

Suspension resulting from a violation does not automatically create a right to a refund.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the product, its operation, applicable law, or the services we use.

The latest version will be available through our store. Changes will not remove acquired rights that cannot legally be modified.
