We want every DALILAH'S piece to feel made for your pet. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Size exchanges

Request a size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

Returns for a refund

Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You won't need to send the item back.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, grooming tools, toys and items that have been used by a pet can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards and final-sale items are not returnable.

How to start a return or exchange

Email arrod1415@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We reply within 24 hours on business days with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you and process your refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
