These Terms of Service govern your use of the DALILAH'S website and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by COSA NOSTRA ECOMERCE LLC ("DALILAH'S", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.

2. Products and information

We do our best to show products, colors and measurements accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and measurements may vary by about 0.5 in. Always check the size chart before ordering pet apparel. Our products are pet accessories, not veterinary products; supervise your pet with toys and remove any damaged item.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or if an item is unavailable; if so, you'll receive a full refund. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and promotions can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may end at any time.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the DALILAH'S name, logo, text, photos and videos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Reviews and content you share

If you share reviews, photos or other content with us, you give us permission to display it on our site and social channels. Don't post anything unlawful, misleading or that belongs to someone else.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
